This is the ugly side of betting big favorites, you could win 5 in a row and then lose 2 in a row and your negative money. In the end it does not balance out. It’s Tough

Nuggets were +600 in play and Nets +450

thats the thing that doesnt make sense.
if the play is lakers ML-300 we are suppose to wait for better in game odds, ok cool. so if the lakers are winning and are now -600 we cant take that cause it worse and why would i take nets +450 if the play is lakers. so i wait until i get better odds to take lakers in game correct. then end of 3rd lakers are now + money so we take that and we lose. thats what we are suppose to do. dont understand why would i take nets +450 if the whole logic is to only take the favorites in game. i dont care about the lost its just this post means we took the big favorite out the gate and could now hedge but thats not what u say to do
It all depends on how much you are staking in regards to covering! For example if you had a parlay and only need Lakers in the last game to win iyt, you cover Nets in play at +450! If you do a single on Lakers ML, it is not worth it, unless you’re betting over $1,000USD. In Boston game I said the blatant riddle was Denver dropping Boston to 20-1 so when Denver became +600, I would have easily taken them +12pts, as they had that riddle. Again it all depends on circumstance and finances.
