From the Chabad.ord Hebrew Bible with Rashi.
Isaiah 45
6In order that they know from the shining of the sun and from the west that there is no one besides Me; I am the Lord and there is no other 7Who forms light and creates darkness, Who makes peace and creates evil; I am the Lord, Who makes all these.

Rashi’s opinion “Who forms light: for the righteous.

and creates darkness: for Babylon, and the same applies to “Who makes peace and creates evil.” ”

Ra was made to mean evil from the time coming out of Egypt. Rashi translates Hebrew as a Jewish sage.
from that version the Hebrew for Lord is יְהֹוָ֖ה Yod Hey Vav Heh. YHVH or YHWH The Jew refuse to pronounce the real name. So it is switched to Lord or HaShem meaning The Name.

Here we have the Greek Septuagint used by the gentile Christians as their old testament it used the same word. “”That they that from the east and they that from the west may know that there is no God but me. I am the Lord God, and there is none beside.
I am he that prepared light, and formed darkness; who make peace, and create evil; I am the Lord God, that does all these things.””
