Dennis Law played for both Manchester United and Manchester City
Denis Law was a legendary Scottish striker who played for both Manchester City and Manchester United, becoming an icon for both clubs, famously scoring the winning goal for City against United in 1974 that relegated his former club, an event he famously didn’t celebrate due to his loyalty to United. He joined Man City first for a British record fee in 1960, then Man Utd in 1962 for another record, becoming a key part of their Busby Babes era, winning the Ballon d’Or in 1964, before a brief return to City to end his career.
